I've never watched a movie about aliens and left satisfied

This is actually surprisingly accurate. Thinking back to alien-related movies, very few are good, or even entertaining. What was the last one, really. Men in Black? Arrival was a turd. Star Trek movies are ok, but Beyond was a mega turd. Star Wars? If that counts. Many think that was a turd too. Rogue One was epic turd.

Really desire a movie about an alien race that develops interstellar travel coming to earth and doing what would happen in real life. Wreck our world. I guess that turd of a move Skyline implied we got rolled. But of course had to finish with the human about to turn the tide. War of the Worlds was going down this track until the aliens caught a cold. Battle LA the aliens were kicking our ass until we found the drone facility.

The marketing for the movie you want would certainly be interesting.

Really? How did you not like... Welcome to Earf

Well not a movie but the classic Twilight Zone - To Serve Man while dated is still an awesome watch.

A silly story that didn't seem as silly in 1962.

Aliens traveling thousands of light-years to Earth in order to consume it's sentient life.

That's almost as silly as understanding an alien language and being able to see into the future because of it.

Independence Day would like to have a word with you.

If you don't enjoy Will Smith, Jeff Goldblum, Randy Quaid, and Bill Pullman defending Earf from invasion, then you clearly have no taste in the genre.

Well yea today it's silly and campy, I'm sure at the time they thought they were being serious. But eh I liked it maybe I'm getting old. Now get off my lawn!

Don't get me wrong guys, all awesome movies. I guess i'm talking about movies like that Jodie Foster movie...they always leave you hanging.

I love old school Sci-Fi movies. No matter how bad they were, I find them more entertaining than most modern movies.

The Blob, the original from the 50's. I was probably 10 when I saw it, I'm still have scars.
