When I was seven I was riding down a hill, I was going at a decent speed, and I hit a pothole in the road. I flew over the handlebars of my bicycle and landed knee first on the pavement. I had to walk like a robot for about a month after that.

i got into a nasty four car accident b/c i was checking out a girl in a short-short black miniskirt and a really low-cut top standing on the corner advertising for a jewelery store (yes, i'm positive she was NOT a hooker).

How do you eat?

Banana vanilla ice cream honey and carnation instant breakfast into a blender add a little milk n honey to wter it down and straw it up!!!

That'll last about 3 days before you want something else. I watched my roomate (had his jaw wired shut after being hit in the face with a 2x4) put anything he could into the blender, just to stop eating fruit smoothies, etc. He had blended pizza, burgers, meatloaf, Chef Boyardee Ravioli, soup....anything. He was soo sick of fruit after his month was up, I don't think he eats it to this day. Prepare to lose some weight, too! Good luck....it really sucks.

i got really banged up falling off my bike once.. couldnt move my left arm for a week becuase i lost so much skin on it.

healed up real good though, barely any scaring.

I had a really nasty bike accident in 1991 and ended up skinning off the entire right side of my face (and getting little pieces of gravel stuck beneath the skin), tattering my upper lip, and losing a front tooth. The doctors were sure I would be majorly scarred, but I was *really* lucky and the skin grew back ok. One thing to do to minimize scarring is to keep those areas covered and moist (with Neosporin and/or Comfrey). Don't let it get dry and don't go out in the sun until it is completely healed

How long until you get your jaw unwired? Did you break any bones?
