I think it's serving 4-6 people.
I'm half-way through.

It's salad, it's not like you can eat too much of it!

For the inquisitive, it contains:

Two small chicken filets, fried briefly and cut into stripes.
Ready made salad mix (400g or so)
A small can of corn (300g?)
2 Euros worth of cherry tomatoes (~500g)
A bag of mini-mozarella (should be less than 200g)
An onion
A green pepper
and some ready-made Herbes de Provence dressing - quarter of the bottle.

...Meh, it's mostly fiber anyway!

Was this raw chicken? How briefly did you fry it?

I make my own salad dressing as follows:

-½ cup olive oil
-2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
-1 teaspoon dijon mustard
-¼ teaspoon salt
-1 clove garlic, minced
-1 teaspoon sugar or honey
-Pinch paprika
-Black pepper to taste

This is really tasty over a green leaf salad with chopped green onion, some crumbled blue cheese, candied pecans and fresh avocado. You can add grilled chicken breast too for some extra protein.
