I think it's serving 4-6 people.
I'm half-way through.

It's salad, it's not like you can eat too much of it!

For the inquisitive, it contains:

Two small chicken filets, fried briefly and cut into stripes.
Ready made salad mix (400g or so)
A small can of corn (300g?)
2 Euros worth of cherry tomatoes (~500g)
A bag of mini-mozarella (should be less than 200g)
An onion
A green pepper
and some ready-made Herbes de Provence dressing - quarter of the bottle.

...Meh, it's mostly fiber anyway!

one question.....where are the anchovies?????

They would clash with the chicken!

I did add some ginger to the chicken while it was in the pan, to get a bit more freshness into the thing!

so basically you made a salad bowl at chipotle with chicken (although yours is fried). while not terrible for you, it's not the healthiest thing you could be eating.

Actually, it probably is the healthiest thing I could be eating - I can't come up with anything that'd be healthier, and I'd still end up eating it :D

It would probably be even healthier, if the serving size were more reasonable.

Right now, I've reached the point where the pressure in my stomach exceeds appetizing parameters, and there's still a quarter or so left.
Oh well, it'll still be good later on.

Also, the chicken isn't deep-fried, just given a quick left-right in the pan, to make that clear.

Anyone know where can I find 2 Euros worth of cherry tomatoes in the US?

Canned vegetables in a salad? Your doing it wrong.

I'm not going to bother with fresh corn. Not worth the trouble.
Everything else was fresh.
And corn isn't even a proper vegetable.

Anyway, the bottled dressing is far more shameful. But it's always a hassle to get the ingredients in the required quantities to prepare just the right amount of dressing with minimal waste. And the time it takes, with what little gain there is with regards to taste, just makes very little sense.

The corn thing cracks me up. The Brits have never figured out what to do with corn.

Tossed some leftover corn in the one I had last night. It's a filler as far as I'm concerned. No one else was going to eat it so it would end up in the trash.

Butter lettuce
tomatoes
Parmesan cheese
blackberries
strawberries
corn
can of pink salmon
balsamic vinaigrette

Too lazy to add some onion or bell peppers.

And now I ate it all!
I'm so full, I feel like I'm going to explode.
That entire onion surely didn't help either.

cheese + dressing so probably 50% calories from fat and enough salt to choke a horse.

Salad with no bacon or cheese? And no sausages? Just a little bit of chicken, and it's not even fried ... No thank you! You eat your "salad", I will stick to food.

May punishment salad is lettuce and tomatoes and lite ranch dressing. I know I can eat as much as I'd like, but the dresses smells something terrible.
