Must be painful. Going to get your gallbladder taken out?
Got it taken out yesterday...
Just got home. Whooo percocet
They gave me oxy, didn't do a thing for me. Neither did percocet and one other that I can't recall the name of.
I have never taken anything other than demerol that eased any pain. That was the one that worked.
Darvons were my downfall.
i did 35 in 5 months
About the same. I'm 36 down right now (from 248 to 212).
Removing the gallbladder does not always solve gallstone formation and sometimes creates more problems, such as malabsorption of lipids. This problem can somewhat be corrected by supplementing with bile acids. Though there is a chance for bile sludge or stones to become stuck in the common bile duct, even without a gallbladder.
Bile is actually created in the liver, some gallstones even form there. The gallbladder is only a holding tank for bile, injecting it upon lipid ingestion.
So make sure to also change your diet, increase your magnesium intake, eat more soluble fiber (oatmeal, legumes, flaxseed etc.) bitter herbs, lecithin, and apples for its malic acid content. Nutritional advice is usually not dispensed by doctors.
Thanks for the advice.
I was able to tell the surgery at least helped since I was able to eat something.
I haven't been able to eat anything for 3 weeks without severe stomach pain.
good job man! im 183 to 147 . it feels great to have comtrol
You going for the Ethiopian look? Im at 182 5'10" and if I was to go to 175 I look like a toothpick. You need to add some muscle or something. I just can't imagine 147 being a healthy weight.
6'2 and 160, don't look starved at all.
