I've been slowly losing weight over the last couple years. For me, I lost a lot of weight quickly, and then it slowed down over time, and now I've pretty much leveled off.

Don't expect to keep losing at that rate, but keep it up and the pounds will continue to drop. Good luck!

how'd you do it?

nothing but a change in diet.

I'm eating 6 healthy meals, around 1500-1800 calories per day (estimate).

I keep trying to get to the gym, but I keep running into obsticles like getting school work finished. Lately I've just been buying computer hardware :)

More than likely, half of that is water weight, but kudos to you for losing weight.

Of course, all I had to do was get mono and have my throat swollen to the point where I couldn't drink but a sip of water every few minutes without feeling like I was choking to death, and didn't have anything but one whole can of tomato soup for a 3 day stretch of it. But hey, I'm back on the healthy side again and so far the weight has stayed off.

 :p
I had that. The entire back of my throat was white and they had to shoot me with steroids so I could keep breathing. Great fun.

This summer I got food poisoning from a street vendor and lost 8 pounds in a week.
