Horizion does have long expiration dates on their milk. I've got two half gallons in my fridge that have a Feb 8th expiration date on them. I doubt that applies to them after they've been opened though.

since its a sell by date and they don't sell open milk i wouldn't think so

I understand specially packaged, hermetically sealed and irradiated milk, but what does organic/inorganic have to do with it?

Organic means the cows are fed organic feed and not other cows, and are not pumped with antibiotics to keep them alive.

Horizon milk is great, i personaly think it tastes better than most "regular" milks, plus the longer shelf life its worth the extra price.
