Just stop drinking the caffeine. I used to drink coffee in the mornings, and gatoraide in the afternoons.

After stopping, I find that I am actually more awake than I used to be when I needed coffee to wake me up.

Just drink alot of water. A bottle of gatoraide a day isnt bad (your body needs some sugar). The sodas and caffeine should go though.

if it doesn't stop when slowing/stopping your caffeine intake go see a doc. a lot of neurological issues show as different types of shaking - can't be too careful.

Dont let these shakes go on

Ever heard the live version from The ETL? Awesome guitar solo.

OP, masturbate furiously. Like a wild monkey. After the climax, you should be nice and rested.

So do I need to see a doctor? Or is there other ways I can diagnose this?

SEE A DOCTOR IMMEDIATELY.

familial tremor? parkinson's disease? low blood sugar? see a doc if you are concerned.

Stop drinking any sugar based drinks. You already get enough sugar from the food you probably eat. Try to switch soley to water. I've done heavy on both water and gatorade at different times. When I stop heavy loads of gatorade and start water - for the first 3-4 days water tastes like CRAP. I mean its bad its horrible. But once you get over that first week, you start to realize water has its own refreshing taste. Its been about 4 months since my last "heavy gatorade" cycle, and I hope to keep it away simply because its so much more refreshing to have water instead. And once I get some gatorade again, I realize how sweet it is.

But I would mos def think that you really need to a) do a good 1-2 month flush with H20 and b) avoid water. There are people who naturally shake, and you maybe one of them..but either way to give your system a huge flush like that is a GREAT thing and well deserved.

Better yet, flavored sparkling water. From my own experience, calorie free flavored sparkling water makes for excellent soda replacement.
