I've got a pomegranate... How do I eat it?

U just break it & separate the seeds from the skin. And chew it, suck the juice & swallow it. It is rich in fiber and good for digestion.

The arils keep for a long time in the fridge. I fleshed out two pomegranates yesterday and I have about a quart of arils. I like them in cottage cheese, oatmeal and granola.
