Naw, I empathize and feel your frustration and pain man in a world where the young single women act like the men in the past and men are now de-masculinated. I stopped asking women out awhile ago, and for awhile did give up but now I'm open so long as they ask me. Which DOES happen, as evidenced in my long previous YAGT. However, it's definately not the norm.
Personally, I'm not an "alpha-male" either. I hate playing the games where I have to put out an "aura" of maleness to get a young single woman. I could go for women that are past that horrible stage in life, usually post 30's with kids. But they come with different forms of baggage I'm not willing to deal with just yet, which is kids. They also come with a different set of mental problems I'm not usually willing to deal with either. Which is thinking I'm cheating on them, or going to leave them, or something worse. Many of the single female moms I have met tend to have huge hang ups on guys since they were burned by the "alpha" male and expect all men to act deep down like that. I don't, but I can't convince them and I'm not worried about trying either. So I can't deal with the older females, or single moms just yet. Plus, like most men, I'm attracted tp single, young, cute women.
But to deal with that demographic of women, the young ones, there is a ton of other bullsh~t I don't want to put up with either. They respond to the "alpha" male. They play the head games of when the guy should call, what he should spend money on, blah blah blah. They have no idea what they are looking for really, they are just responding to animalistic instinct and "intuition."
So guys are forced to play one of two sets of games, either the games that deal with stupid young women, or older women with hang ups about guys, hang ups about relationships, and/or come with kids. Some guys revel in playing one or the other, or even both games. For those guys, more power to them. I hate putting on acts for other people. Ohh... and that old addage and age old advice of "just be yourself" is bullcrap. It doesn't work. Being myself gets me no where with any type of girl in todays American society period.
So Venk, if you can actually hold out, more power to you. If you are straight I don't think you can quit on girls forever because animalistic urges rule you just like everyone else. Unless you want to castrate yourself. Then you'll have an easier time of ignoring women for sexual urges.
