I've created a custom nutrition tracker for Excel

So I didn't want to have to deal with the websites posted in the fat loss sticky to track my diet. I created a multi-sheet workbook that has a lookup table with most of the foods SociallyChallenged posted in the sticky, as well as a few that I like to eat myself. Also included a separate tab describing how to add new foods, so you can add whatever you like (though I actually think it's pretty intuitive).

Very simple to use, just cut and paste foods out of the lookup table and into the weekday tabs. The table will tally your total calories, give you a macro-nutritional breakdown and tell you how many grams of protein you had that day.

If anyone is interested, PM me an email address and I'll send it over. Alternatively, if someone knows where I can upload the file for free or is willing to host it, I'd be happy to do that and post a link (file is ~ 220k).
