Have you been to a homeopath? If doctors aren't giving you much time, then it doesn't hurt to try an alternative solution...

There's also a story that I heard of this guy who cured himself with humor.
Similar story with the doctor telling him he had a few months to live. He decided he was going to enjoy his last few months on earth. He rented all the funniest movies he could find and got together with his friends.
He miraculously healed.
Humor really strengthens your immune system. It is shown that stress greatly suppresses the immune system.

I'd really rather try to help the OP with his issues then go into details about my own. The drink advice I gave earlier REALLY helps. I'd try to stay away from coffee if you can as when your fluid intake is allready low a diuretic isnt very helpful.

Sounds like anxiety.
Check your heart rate, i bet it's at least 120bpm
your body is running on the sympathetic nervous system, or the fight or flight mode
is there anything you're worried about?

Yeah I should have mentioned I have been able to feel my heart beating very fast for several days also. I have serious money problems, girl problems and living arrangement problems and also exams coming up in a couple of weeks.

general anxiety disorder. nothing lexapro won't fix.

Sounds like anxiety, which goes hand in hand with the depression.

i had this same problem, and the doctor referred me to a counselour 🙁

+1.

I would say Godspeed. But I guess I'll just say good luck. The mind is a powerful thing.
Don't underestimate it. If it doesn't go away soon or it keeps coming back from time to time; seek help.

If you're a female, get some.
If you're a male, get some.

Then you will feel better, I guarantee it.

Smoke some green. It cures all of those symptoms.

it does until you get dependent on it.. then your appetite will be a million times worse, with anxiety up through the roof.
Anxiety?

Yeah, I don't see much anxiety in the people that I know who smoke when they don't do it for weeks at a time. And I know a lot of people who smoke. I don't doubt it affects some people like that, but from my little piece of anecdotal evidence, I just don't see it.

That's almost certainly it. I'm not sure how to advise you medically, but I think ultimately you will be fine with a lifestyle improvement

I just went for a run (for the first time in far too long), I'm feeling a lot calmer, at least for now. I'd like to thank people for their advice and kind words  If I'm still feeling like i'm losing it in a few days I will talk to a doctor about some meds, at least so I can study for my exams.

You are as likely to get addicted to herb as you are to cookies.

So like.. up in the 90 some percent range?

Fuck...I was born addicted to cookies.

😕 I'm a dude. And I don't have a gf. Or a bf 😛

Yes, depression can really screw-up your appetite. Keep on drinking water. And get yourself some junk/fast food. It'll hopefully make you want to eat.

Good luck!

How much exercise are you getting?

The last few days, very little. Normally I get an appropriate amount for my activity level. I went for a run today though.
Could just be stress related... try exercising more and see if your app comes back. If not, see a doctor asap.
