You probably have the flu (or worse). Hydration is key to recovery. Maybe you should go to a doctor, because the blood-vomiting is not a good sign.

Dr. Cox is funny.

"It has to come out both ends!" <Weird hand jestures of vomiting and pooping> 😀

meh, probably just ebola. Nothing serious to worry about.

LOL!!! ROFL!!! EBOLA!!! NOTHING TO WORRY ABOUT...

LOL!! Just a slight case of dysentery, just keep wiping.

You wont have to wait 5hrs in the ER because if you are throwing up blood they will see you very very quickly because it is potentially very very serious.

But come on its been going on for 3 days and you havent done anything? I was very close to calling an ambulance after I had diarhea for one night but I couldnt keep any fluids down (I lost 6kg of fluid over night) the only reason I didnt was because there was a doctor in the house making sure that I wasnt going to die. And they said it was fairly close the only reason they didnt call an ambulance was because I could keep a few mills of fluid down.

SO go to the HOSPITAL NOW or phone an ambulance!

Vomitting is rare with E. Coli enteritis. Just to let ya know.

Wow... this thread makes me want socialized healthcare just like they have in Canada... where people would rather puke blood than deal with the doctor...

my worst consern was the blood i throwing up but i think its my swollen tonsoles witch are taking a beating where i puke.

I would normaly go to the clinic but my health insurance card (im in canada) is in the process of being renewd, and i dont want to pay and wait 5hrs to see a doctor.

come on, guy, you need to see a fvcking doctor.

I don't know what the crap this health care card renewing is. I'm in Alberta, and my health care card is the same one I got when I was born (17 years ago...)

Even if it had to be renewed, I sincerely doubt he'd have to pay...

But he is in Quebec, they do stuff ass-backwards there...

RIP

The chills and fever sound like a viral infection of some kind. He could be really unlucky and have both the stomach flu and a head cold, which would explain the symptoms. Whatever the case, a doctor's visit might not be a bad thing. If he can't keep anything down he may need an IV.

So is he actually dead? Does anybody know?

Throwing up blood means you probably have pneumonia. Get to a hospital you twit!

No it does not. After throwing up alot your throat gets torn up, and bleeds.

Exactly. I had food poisoning once. The vomitting was so intense that I tore up part of my esophogus. I saw the blood, took a picture to send to my mate in Oz, and called my GF to drive my ass to the ER.
