I have like cold sores maybe around the bottom right of my lip area... it starts at the lip, adn moves onto my facial skin a bit - I'm overexaggerating to give you guys a better idea...
Anyways, it's like a pimple, but it's not... it's kind of rashy, like a sore you'd get around your lips sometimes... but it's patchy... like there's 2 or 3 of these pimple like blemishes in the same small area..
How do I remedy this? Thanks!
