Well, most of us don't have a lot of choice. ATT in my area can only deliver 1Mbps speed, and is extremely unreliable with lots of connection drops. Comcast has 250GB limit. The only other provider in town is WOW that offers 15/2 for $75. I'm actually lucky to be able to chose between three ISPs. Too bad two of the three are not usable.

NRTCO, some local company. Better than dealing with Bell.
