It's not too hard. If you know how to get into your motherboard's BIOS menus (press the Delete key when it's starting up) then you're on the right track. Look at page 3-5 of your mobo's manual, see
Frequency/Voltage Control? Enter that sub-menu, which is shown in detail on page 3-26, and change
DRAM Vcore Adjust (V) to
2.7, then press Esc to exit the sub-menu, press the F10 key to save the settings and exit, and do a little stress testing to see if it's happier.
There are a lot more things you could try in the BIOS, such as the CPU/DRAM Frequency Ratio, but that's a start. Good luck
