No real discomfort, or ill feeling other than a perpetual tickle in the back of my throat and a fair amount of coughing. Neither my girlfriend nor my other flatmate has gotten similar symptoms, so i don't imagine it's any sort of cold or anything. I've at least didn't use to have seasonal allergies... not sure if this is the beginning of some. I just took a claratin and i'll take another tomorrow and see if it helps at all.

Any bad possibilities I should go see a doc about?

Doctor: Well, Rudolph, we finally figured out what makes your nose red.
Rudolph the Red-nosed Raindeer: Is it pixie dust? Or leprechaun tails?
Doctor: No, it's a tumor.
Rudolph: You mean like a magical Christmas tumor?
Doctor: No, a malignant tumor... The base of which is lodged deep within your brain.
Rudolph: Oh. ... like a happy special-
Doctor: You're going to die!!

Sounds like post-nasal drip. After you have an upper respiratory infection post nasal drip can cause a cough for up to 6 weeks later. Basically you have some drainage from your nose tickling your through.

I have exactly that right now. I seem to get it after any cold I get anymore. :(

I have had the same issue, and apparently I gave it to many others as well... The tickle in the back of your throat, had it for 4 weeks, took cold medicine to see if it helped... It didn't...
