Do they ask you who you were before you died in ATOT Afterlife?

man my 2500k OC'd so well that it lasted for 8 years
LOL, I ran mine daily around 4.4GHz for a few years, until I realized how much power the damn thing was using for no reason. I'd like to change it out for something more modern, but damn, I'd have to buy a new motherboard, cpu, ram and video card...in a mini-itx form factor because my wife won't like me having a real desktop. 🙁

I still have a core2duo based machine running. Recently retired a core2quad by virtualizing it. I can't afford to build new systems like I could ~10 years ago so most of my stuff is pretty old by today's standards. 😛

dude, you live off of snow melt and beaver meat and pinecones, and apparently in a remote neighborhood of rural Canada that is mostly thieving meth-heads if your posts are to be believed, so I can't imagine life is at all expensive for you.

pure BS you can't afford these things. 😀

Costs of living keep going up. Property taxes, water bill, insurance, hydro etc... it all adds up and keeps going up every year. I've actually been thinking about buying off grid property because it would be cheaper as there would be hardly no bills. Getting too expensive to live in town because of all the bills, and high taxes. Just need to figure out a source of income if I was to actually live there as it would be too far to keep my current job.

I could technically afford to build new systems if I used the credit line but the stuff I have works fine.

Buying my truck last year for like 14k was also a mistake, I bought it wanting a better way to haul building materials for projects, and also I needed something capable of going on bush roads, but... for way cheaper than 14k I could have just got a car and trailer. So still trying to pay that off.
