So I come home at lunch today, walk into my lounge. Whats the first thing I see? A smashed window, glass everywhere a and load of my stuff gone.
They made off with my Xbox360, my normal Xbox, my PS2, my DVD player and about 40 DVD's.
They even stole one of my rucksacks to carry it all in. :|

Didn't get my Pc luckily, I think my dog scared them off. If only I'd left him the run of the house instead of shutting him in the hall, they might not have even attempted it.

So now I have a big piece of wood covering the gap in the window :)music: In the ghetto... :music: ) and glass everywhere.

Had the police round, made my statement. The forensics guy also dusted the place down and found a sample of blood on the window.
Now I guess I should speak to the insurance company...

Hohum, their goes my evening.

If you don't own a weapon, luckily you weren't in the apartment at the time.

I've been robbed at gunpoint before, and boy is it a scary situation.

suck A$$! Sorry to hear about that, at least they only got stuff that is easily replaceable. Meaning no things that have sentimental value. Good luck with catching them.

I think you meant to say that your "2 XBox 360s, your modded XBox with the 500GB HD, your PS2, GameCube, PS1, N64, Intellivision, Atari 2600, ~80 games, 60 DVDs, and $150 in cash." :D

That royally sucks! Sorry, man. You may want to check the classified ads in the paper or online (ie craigslist) and even ebay to look for something suspicious.

It's be cool if somehow the serial numbers could be blacklisted from xbox live.

As far as I know, they can. But what good is it if you recover them?

It would be on the receipt so I'm sure they could unban it. And if someone would never get the stuff back anyway, at least someone else can't enjoy it.

Sucks, hope these crooks get caught. Obviously they knew what they wanted.

As mentioned above, keep a lookout on Ebay/Craigslist. Never know how stupid thieves can be when they're trying to make a quick buck.
