Ive been farting around here since 98 or so. I was more lurker on my original user name. Cant believe its been so long.

I remember updating my sig rig with a Radeon LE that I bought to play EQ & Rune. Simpler times. Life has changed dramatically... grad degree + career + married, 2 houses, and 2 kids, one of which is 8 now. Damn... it goes so fast.
 
Been hanging around here for way too long.
Hell, I remember the good old Overclockers Mailing List (think Anand was a member).
 
Crud, has it really been 15 years since we reset the forums?

I'm not sure whether I should be concerned that I forgot about the 9th, or concerned because I want to forget about the 9th.😱

Happy 15th anniversary to all the old farts out there. Let's do this again in another 5 years or so.😛

1999 is when the forums were moved, you've probably been a member a bit longer (probably 1998).
Jason Clark should know more details about the move.

I've been here for way too long as well.
And to think, I came here with a google search, actually it was a webcrawler search, looking for a new motherboard recommendation.

And here we are. The top brains of the world preaching politics and news to the masses.

So I switched to a mac.
 
I sometimes go back through my first posts in General Hardware when I was helpful....before OT got its hooks into me.

I was lurking the hot deals in 1999 prior to joining. Back then, that's all it was about....Trying to get as much tech for as little money possible on a college budget.
