We’re currently investigating an issue related to the forum theme and styling that is impacting page layout and visual formatting. It seems the main difference between the K and non K version is obviously the unlocked multiplier, but also these features, Intel SIPP, Intel vPro, Intel VT-d, and Intel TXT.
Are these useful, not useful, potential hindrance?
vPro and SIPP is business only. TXT is also mainly business, for example bitlocker. VT-D is I/O virtualization. Basicly something nobody uses, including the enterprise. VT-D requires TXT.
It would be very certain VMs. Plus I dont think any consumer virtualization software supports VT-D. And in the enterprise it aint used either for regular virtualization. I would even say VT-C is more important than VT-D.
