This post is not going to last. Allegation of Ivanka murdering and utilizing cannibalism is ridiculous in this context. Even the article title is dangerously leading, as Ivanka's shoes make up at most 0.1% of the factory's production according to the text, and they provide no content that relates directly to Ivanka in any other way. Shame on WaPo for this article in the first place.

Now all of the sudden working conditions and human rights violations in China are suddenly important because of Trump,

where were all you hypocrites doing about this over the last thirty years besides looking the other way at countless human rights abuses, labor and safety abuses, and of course environmental abuses as long as China kept providing you with your cheap goods.

Americans drank the corporate koolaid while wearing the corporate rose colored glasses believing that noble lie that they were promoting democracy through free markets,

The reality is you have made the 1% richer, the middle class poorer, and China much stronger financially and militarily,

but look at the bright side, even the poor can stock up on all the throwaway junk at their local Walmart because it is cheaper and pretend to be rich.

This is not a liberal or conservative issue. It should not be politicized by either side. I and most people I know don't support child abuse in any form.

HOWEVER, if a child's life is changed for the better at the expense of some poor old politician or celebrity... fuck em.
