Itunes store file validator- tags / artwork downloader fixer

There is a better alternative. Dump iTunes and use Media Monkey it's much better and embeds the artwork.

Even if you want to carry on using iTunes, still MediaMonkey is a great program to use to really tidy up your whole collection before rebuilding the db in iTunes.

See my review of it (and Rockbox firmware) Link

I'm going to try media monkey out tonight. I have been manually embedding artwork in wmp11 and if this makes that any easier, I will be much happier. I've spent a ton of time the past week getting my music collection organized and I'd like to speed up the process 😀

Zodder 😉

Chrisg22, cool! You will like it a lot.... when doing the autotagging Ctrl + L is your friend 😉

I looked up recent itunes threads here since I'm getting my first ever Ipod (Nano) this week, but it's pretty confusing. Seems like a lot of the freeware alternatives rely on you having itunes installed anyway, bleh.

Anyway, I heard of Mediamonkey so I'll read your links on that too.

No need for anything else installed with MM. It will even sync with your ipod a lot faster than itunes does... no idea why!
