I recently upgraded to Windows Service Pack 2, and now whenever I insert a CD into my computer, iTunes can't access the Internet to find the album and track names. I've already opened up the Firewall preferences to make an "exception" for iTunes, but its still not working. Anyone else had this problem/know a fix?
