itunes server / nas?

Absolutely love my Apple TV (owned the asus, wd live, etc. and apple tv offers the least compromises and most reliability by far). I'm thinking of getting a second one and finally ditching my bedroom HTPC for good, but currently use it as an itunes server.

Are there any NAS that are bullet proof itunes servers? I have a bunch of tv shows in MP4 format and the apple-tv plays them great, I just want to repurpose the htpc and think a nas would work since there's no transcoding envolved.

I have & use a WD Sharespace which has an iTunes server. Not saying is the perfect or best NAS out there, but could be an option for you. I've only used it for music, I can't give any experience trying video.
