Is there any way to change the way that iTunes saves mp3 files while ripping a CD?

Ideally all songs would be in the main folder specified, looking like this:

Artist - Song Title.mp3

If I can't get them to look exactly like that I would be fine, but I really don't like when it creates a seperate folder for each artist, and then each CD by that artist.
