iTunes reporting wrong library size

Ok so I just upgraded to 7.1 from 6.2 or something like that and now it says my music library is 60 GB whereas it was (correctly reported as) 40 GB, anyone know how to fix this?
 
It did me the same way. I upgraded to 7.x and it over doubled the size of my library. My original Library size was a little less than 29 GB and when I upgraded it went to over 60 GB.
 
My install is reporting the library size correctly. But I haven't upgraded from 6.x to 7.x, the original install was 7.0 or higher...
