Itunes and Ipod help?

Is there some workaround that will allow me to copy songs in Itunes shared music folder to my Ipod? I know the reason for not allowing this but I need it legitimately, I have a Win server which holds all 100 GB of my MP3s and I have Windows Itunes running on it with a shared music folder, now I can access these songs from all my other machines whether PC or Macs via Itunes and play music but I can?t copy the songs into my Ipods. Of course I can browse the shared folder on my Macs or PCs and put the songs on there manually but I want to be able to use Itunes, any ideas?
