iTunes alternative for syncing with Outlook

Hi!
I'm struggling to find a replacement for iTunes for syncing my iPhone 7 with Outlook. The problem is that my iTunes duplicates my contacts which is really annoying. I've also tried to reinstall iTunes but it still works without any changes. Another problem is that I don't use iCloud due to the security reasons.
Any help is appreciated.

iCloud isn't insecure, people are. iCloud wasn't hacked, people were.

Why not set up your email account on the phone directly? What are you trying to sync with iTunes anyway?
 
I think I've used the "Gmail sync with Outlook, then install the Gmail iOS app" method before.
