Its 40 and sunny outside and supposed to get almost to 50 this week. Birds are chirping. Flowers are sprouting. All of my christmas decorations are already down - even the ones that require me to climb around on the roof (something I avoid doing in the winter due to ice and snow). I even grilled hamburgers for lunch today outside
 
Same here.

Not that I'm complaining. 🙂 I sure as hell don't miss having rain followed by snow followed by two weeks of temperatures <10&#176;F, so nothing melts.
 
Yeah, we got a good dumping of snow last week & only a couple of days when the highs have been in the low 20's so far this winter.

It's been in the upper 30's to 50 since last Wednesday & it's supposed to be near 50 again this Wednesday.

This would be a bad winter in Texas. Grocery store shelves would be empty and firewood would be worth it's weight in gold. And I'm being dead serious.
 
As much as i'm enjoying the 55 degree temps its winter and would like some snow. Save these temps for march
 
It really really needs to snow more. Snowmobiling has been pathetic this year. Hopefully the snow will be late and we will get buried until May.

My friend went up to the UP this week for a snowmobiling trip, I asked him how the weather was up there and he said it was even warm way up along Lake Superior. I need some freezing temps o I can get out ice fishing :twisted:
 
It's been 5 C-ish on average the past week and will continue to be so for the next. There were 2 cold days though: one -15 C and today, which is hovering around 0C.
 
Don't get me wrong - I don't miss rush hour traffic in the snow but I have a bad feeling that we are going to pay for this nice weather...
 
I like a nice, chilly, and white winter. 🙁

My crazy dad went golfing with his friends in the 50F Michigan weather yesterday...nutso.

I really hope this isn't a GW trend. We have trees around here that are in risk of dying because they lost their leaves during the cold snaps, and now are confused and rebudding. My grass is still green too, which is strange for this time of year.
 
Almost 80 here in C Florida. VERY warm for this time of year ... but few are complaining.

A lot of idiots have their A/C on ...
