I'm not big on squash, I would have included fresh pineapple slices. What kind of beef?

That's a grill, but I use it to smoke by making the fire to one end. Works pretty well :)

I marinated the veggies in Italian salad dressing.


That "burnt" part is the marinade which charred on the beef. If it was ruined it would be bitter or leather. It wasn't. 'Twas nice and tender and pink in the center.

The grill takes a firebox, but that's separate. Somewhere in a box in the basement :p

My critics are obviously of the George Forman persuasion :p
