SUSTAINED NORTHWESTERLY WINDS OF BETWEEN 25 AND 35 MPH WITH GUSTS TO AROUND 45 MPH ARE EXPECTED ACROSS THE REGION THROUGH THE BULK OF THE DAY. WINDS OF THESE MAGNITUDES MAY CAUSE MINOR PROPERTY DAMAGE WITHOUT EXTRA PRECAUTIONS. MOTORISTS... ESPECIALLY THOSE IN HIGH PROFILE VEHICLES... SHOULD CONTINUE TO USE CAUTION UNTIL THESE WINDS HAVE A CHANCE TO ABATE....

there is literally ice all over the place here, so it's a lot colder than 39, and it's been icy for 24 hours now practically.. not as windy as yesterday though!

yeah but u also get hurricanes flooding, and tons of elderly drivers, ill take my end of the trade
 
I love cold weather. If I didn't, I think i'd move somewhere where it was warmer, rather than bitching like a little school girl.
