I've found tylenol simply sleep, or the generic equate brand equivelant to be helpful at times Or wake your husband up hehe. I think most men don't mind being awakened for some things

Same thing is happening to me I was asleep from about half seven to 11Pm because I've been really ill today. I've just been lying in bed for the past 3 hours (getting up a few times to vomit ) - UNABLE to get to sleep

And I have a headache, so I don't think I'm going to stay on the computer for too long
