It's the weekend, what are we all playing this weekend

It's the weekend, what are we all playing this weekend?

I'm playing Amnesia: Dark Descent and Borderlands. I can only play Amnesia for about half an hour until I need to stop because it's too intense and then I go to Borderlands.

Amnesia: Dark Descent and MW2. Same thing here - I play Amnesia for about half an hour, then I play MW2 to lighten the mood. 😉

I think it's the only GOOD game I've ever dreaded turning on. I feel like I'm 8 years old again and watching a scary movie... You keep closing your eyes and covering your ears, and you want to get up and shut it off, but you just HAVE to see what happens next.

Hmmm, let's see...

I just bought the Witch Hunt DLC yesterday for DAO, will play that tonight or tomorrow. At the moment I'm playing Allods Online, Team Fortress 2 and some Divine Divinity which I bought from GoG very recently. Then, perhaps, I will try to continue my game-in-progress in Vampire the Masquerade.

A friend threw me X-Men Origins: Wolverine which I've never played. Started it up earlier this week and the dismemberment has me coming back.

Chopping people into piece's in hi-def = fun!

Also playing Prototype and The Saboteur.

working my way through Prince of Persia forgotten sands. Its ok too linear for my tastes makes you stay on task too much. I like games in which my character can be afflicted with virtual ADHD and go do different things and come back to the main task later.

Starcraft 2.
But only cuz my game system is down and SC2 is what I feel like installing on my office machine.
And it stinks looking at all Min settings.

The guys here on this forum have got me playing the Minecraft alpha. I don't know why it's so fun busting up bricks and digging into the core of the earth trying to find diamond and redstone, but it is. I haven't bothered trying to build anything yet til I get some really good resources.

I'll probably fire up the FFXIV open beta once today to check out crafting, but there's some GOOD college football on today, so I gotta get most of my gaming done this morning.

Finished Mafia 2 last week, thinkning hard about picking up Starcraft 2, but I suck ass at multiplay RTS games. Heard singleplay is good though.

BF:BC 2 Hard core servers. Great way to play. Prefer conquest since the game play forces recon players to move there hides or they get over ran.

Switch between sc2 and bc2. But i only play like a hour of each cause i get bored.

I don't know if its old age or what, but games seem to don't hold my attention much anymore than a hour burst.

Or maybe its because in the early 90s one game came out every 6 months that everyone was looking forward to. Now its just so saturated.

I remember rushing home to play a game till i could not stay awake anymore, i thought about it even at school how i was going to get past a certain part. Now i come home, fire up a game to play, get bored, watch some movie. lol
