To fire up the barbeques. Last night I broke mine out for the first time and cooked some burgers. Kinda easing into it 😉 Anyone else already grilled out? Need new suggestions for this year to, burgers and steaks are getting old. By the way, im 22 and this is my second year grilling. Still have no perfected it yet. Probably should have started out with a gas grill, but I just could not bring myself to do it.

The guy across the hall grilled something a few weeks ago while it was freezing outside. Seems kind of stupid to me, but he said they were good.

Wow one year and your steaks are getting old. If you have a charcoal grill then you can cook some larger items on there with a good flavor. Ive cooked a turkey on the grill for a couple of years now and it is awesome.

For side Items get you a Vidalia onion (nothing but the best). Take the top off it and the flay it open kinda like the Bloomin inoins at Outback. Melt butter and get some mince garlic. Rap the Onion in Aluminum(sp) foil and poor the butter and garlic in the onion. Close it up and cook on the grill till tender. Nice little side item that you and your family should absolutely love.

Salmon / Lobster + Grillable vegetables like Zucchinis, peppers, Onions and.. as a dessert ==> Grilled Ananas slices (previously rubbed with butter)

I live in CA, so we have no time of year to grill. We grill whenever the fvck we want to.

Must be nice!

I live in Missouri, and we grill year-round too. Just have to keep the pit closer to the door in the winter 😛

It is. Indiana is nothing compared to it. I can't wait for this school year to be over so I can go back.

we have been grilling for the past few weeks. Mostly steaks.. some TBones and most recently thick filets (soooo good!). Besides, some natural hotdogs and beer bratwurst, etc.
I love the smell of good meat grilling on charcoal.

I use to grill outside in the cold all the time, even in the winter. Just put on my coat and use a gas grill.
