Actually I can tolerate pretty cool weather in shorts/t-shirt attire... I can probably be comfortable in as low as 5-10c... Once it gets below 0 though and down to -20, I can't stay out more than a minute or so without my jacket. 😛

damn, I don't even have a winter coat, just a wind-breaker type fall jacket.. heh. :Q

I hate the cloudless winters where the sun shines yet no real heat can be felt; shadows are as cold as they look and walking outside is just plain miserable because once you return inside, you reek of cold sweat and your cheeks are red and icy.
