People are sick of lies. Trump is a wild card despite the outright lies he told to get there. The Brexit dynamic is very real.

Not just about the phantom votes but much more about the anti-incumbent, anti-politic as usual. Many many voters vote for Trump not because they care about Trump but more about dislike of Hillary.

Yep, and some people still maintain that Sanders would have been slaughtered even worse. Regardless of how bad HRC really is (as a far-right libertarianish guy, by Dem standards I don't think she's that bad), people just don't like her that much. She strong-armed the DNC into the nomination and it shows.

She still has a good chance of course, it's looking pretty damn split right now, just sayin a guy like Trump should not be doing this well.

Problem is that story is still at least 2 elections old, where the teatards were still stupid and deplorable and lost. IMO the story of this election is anti-establishment sentiment strong enough to make people ignore both the actions of the man in the middle of it. A Drumpf victory will mean the triumph of fact-free bubble dwelling.

Yea. I know many people who dislike Hillary. It's more than Hollary though. It's this liberal agenda bullshit*t that we are currently living in. You can't say that because it's going to offend someone. God forbid, you cant express your thoughts because tgey are offensive. Jokes? You can't tell them because you might make someone cry.

Then Trump comes along. He says what he wants. He does whatever. He's Anti liberal. Anti establishment. Anti everything. That's why many people like him. He's not afraid to tell you how it is.
