I thought that 90nm wasn't done at East Fishkill...the notes I have are that they started with 65nm there, and are now working on 45nm.
 
Fishkill and Poughkeepsie engineering provide fab support to AMD. Same basic wafer yield problems.
(Actually working on much smaller than 45nm, but just developing technology)
