I'm in Florida, so there are no problems tehre. My brother was supposed to fly back from NY this AM, but flight is cancelled. The next flight we can get him on........Tuesday at MIDNIGHT. I think its time for a ROAD TRIP

Well I guess us East siders now know how the West coast felt during their deregulation rolling blackouts. Not to jinx anything but so far it seems we got off a lot easier. We lost power yesterday afternoon around 4:15pm and it was back on this morning around 4am. 12 hours, not too shabby.

we had rolling blackouts and they weren't *that* bad. rolling blackouts were around 20-30 minutes long. we have water and gas during that time and they weren't that frequent...

other counties, though, had a lot more blackouts (or so i heard from my friends elsewhere)
