<< Disney CEO Michael Eisner has recruited Abraham Lincoln, Vaclav Havel, Douglass North and Sigmund Eisner (relation) for his campaign against intellectual property pilfering on the Internet. And we want some of whatever his speech writers are smoking. >>

Eisner has been full of it since day one. My mom finally quit her job at the Disney store due to the poor management and how they treat their employees like dog crap. I never had respect for the man, so this doens't lower it any.

Michael Eisner. All I can say about him is

, the man is a puppet.

If he thinks that they can pull off this "Secure PC" initiative, he's a fool. Plain and simple.

How soon do you think he'll start paying royalties to the estates of Victor Hugo, Hans Christian Andersen, the Brothers Grimm and all of the other authors Disney has "stolen" from?

Along with trying to cripple PCs Disney is also one of the main corporations paying off politicians to extend the length that their copyrights last, arguing it's necessary to "protect authors" even though they pay nothing for Aladdin, Little Mermain, Hunchback, etc. etc.

Exactly, Disney never had an original idea ever.
And now that they have stolen from every folklore, myth, fairy tale, etc., they want to claim those stolen works as their original property and have the right to hold them that way forever.

He's a businessman, nothing more. He *wants* everyone to think of him as Walt.
But many think of him as a 5 1/2" meat puppet instead.
