Weird logic to blame intel for the motherboard makers overstepping their boundaries, and releasing hacked bios's.
Why shouldn't Motherboard makers be allowed to innovate. Is Stanley or Craftsman, going to sue people for buying their hammers and screwdrivers, and selling them assembled into wind chimes? Once Intel sells a product into the market, that should be where their control ends, over how the end-user chooses to use it.
Edit: How is the mobo makers enabling SKY OC, any different, in essence, than what people who sell "delidding devices / tools" doing? In both cases, they are enabling Intel's CPUs to be run outside of their original intended specifications.
