I finally did it... I switched cases on my system. The only problem is that I miss my old case dammit! 🙂

I've been using an Inwin Q500 full tower ATX case for 5 years with too many system upgrades to count. But today I had a wild hair and switched my system over to a Antec SX830 case that I got a good deal on earlier this year. Its feels kind of weird... I've gotten so used to that damned case, that this just doesn't feel the same. It's like owning a car for years and switching to another just for the hell of it. Your old car never had any problems and you like it just as much as the first day you bought it. It just feels disorienting...

My temps have gone down though, as my system temp is reading a consistent 72F (4 degrees cooler).

Anyway, I feel like a freak... I've grown attached to a piece of equipment. :Q

The Q500 is awesome. I've had mine for about 5 years now. I think it's indestructable.
 
Yah it really is a great case... I'm definitely still gonna use mine. I'll prolly switch my server over to it.
