Wow. Next we'll see a Porky's remake (I know it's older). If they ever remake Top Gun I'm moving to Antarctica or something
 
If people stop going to see these stupid remakes then they will stop making them. But as long as the remakes return a profit, we will continue to get junk like this...

You know what I think? Some of the best shows on TV right now (mostly cable, NOT network) should have been the premise for movies. There is some pretty good writing going on with some cable shows that apparently Hollywood is missing out on. Lost could have easily started off as a movie and become a TV series immediately thereafter.
