Sorry, should have quoted. I was asking for proof that the vegetables sold in grocery stores in black neighborhoods have fewer nutrients than those sold to whites.
Oh I don't believe that is the case. However, I would say the food in a high income neighborhood is probably of higher quality than the food in a lower income neighborhood. Simple capitalist economics there.
