oh man I just got bad news as my department's mgr was leaving for the day.

IBM is asking (well, more like telling) contract companies to take another pay cut. This is the second in two years. Because my contract was renewed last year before the cut, I'm supposed to get hit with both this year. I might get hit as high as a 10% or as low as 6%, but any cut(s) still are suck!!!!
