When a groundhog sees his shadow he suffers from a raging mega boner. At this point he starts to dry hump his tophat, tux-wearing handler. Obviously today said tophat, tux-wearing handler was not blessed with Phil juice. Furthermore, said handler will receive his deposit back on the tux.

If you ask any meteorologist, he'd tell you that one of the most advanced instruments they have for predicting the weather is the groundhog.
