and they got breaking and entering? wtf? the first thing the reporter said was the OPENED garage door. the chips were just sitting there. plain sight nothing stopping them except an imaginary line where the sidewalk ends and the driveway starts.

give them trespassing, and add $2 to the fine to pay for the chips and call it a day. but u know how them canadians are- they like to make examples out of people

they had to write a letter of apology to the house owner. No charges laid. Well charges dropped.
