Palatka, my fiance's father lives there. Plan on hitting up the Blue Crab Festival for some good eats while we're there. 🙂

Sounds awesome. BTW if the day gets too hot and stuff I really recommend you try tubing down a river. They have alotta springs where you can do this around the area I believe. I did it and I can safely say I've never felt so stress-free in my whole life. It's just you and nature and your tube hehe.
