What gets me is how our former-PM is hanging out with the likes of Steve Bannon and Trump and giving these quite, quite mad speeches about how her own Tory government is controlled by the amorphous entity known as "the woke" (what the _hell_ is "wokenomics"?), while her fellow extreme-right high-placed Tory Suella Braverman is writing articles in the, itself increasingly deranged, Telegraph about how the UK is controlled by "Islamist extremists" and how terrible it is that "extremists" are running amok these days.

I’m hoping this happens here in Canada. Alberta premiere claims she’s not antivax. She claims she’s pro LGBT. Her actions say otherwise. She did interview with Tucker Carlson like a month ago. Federal Conservative leader while panders to the RWNJ isn’t openly pushing that policy. But he’s being sucked in even further right than he is. So hopefully it’s enough to show how crazy that side of the aisle is so that Trudeau will squeak out win in election 18 months from now.

That's a United States that, even if pieces of it survived, is no longer a presence on the world stage or a military threat to anyone.
A world without the United States is 100% Russia's goal. Republicans are already giving him a soft version of that.

I cannot see any other outcome from them openly denying that free and fair elections exist in America. Denying that our Democracy even exists. They will see civil engagement as useless and resort to force.
