Yeah this sort of thing happens quite often, doesn't make it any less uncomfortable though. I bought a new jacket this week that's really warm, but I need to get a hat and some gloves.
Funny: in upstate NY this time of the year it can be 50 with no wind and sunshine and people will be out in shorts. But if it is damp and breezy and cloudy, it is punishing. The short daylight hours diminish the sunlight strength anyway.
Yea, odd weather here yesterday and overnight. 70F when I was out doing yardwork. Went in, went to bed, went to work this morning and it was 29F. Oh well, I think this is closer to the norm this time of year, I think the 70F was a nice little bonus... we won't see that again until April. 🙂
I've been out of Minnesota for 15 years and have definitely turned soft. Cant handle anything below 30 degrees. And I do not care for wind or rain.
Snow makes my back hurt just looking at it.
